According to an anonymous source, Universal and Warner Bros. have approached the Tolkien estate about the possibility of building a new attraction, and Universal has gotten as far as presenting its ideas to the Tolkiens.This could make for exciting additions to the theme parks! I don't know how much more space there is on the "Hollywood" lot for something like this though. If this does come to fruition hopefully that can at least bring something out here.
